1. Select the appropriate Roadside Assistance or Auto Lawyer program. Information about programs and conditions can be found on our website or in the LiTRO mobile application. 2. Pay for the selected program through the LiTRO mobile application. After payment, the program will be activated within a few minutes and you can already use the necessary service. The program is valid for 1 year from the date of activation.

Our company provides Roadside Assistance services 24 hours a day, without weekends and holidays.

You can place an order for the service you need through our mobile application 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Auto Lawyer legal assistance service provides services during business hours from Monday to Friday.

Activating the program is a necessary step to start using the service.

1. Download the LiTRO mobile application, which is available in the application store for your device (App Store or Play Market). A link to download the application is also available on each page of our website. 2. Complete an easy registration by creating a personal account. Fill in the required information. 3. In the “My Programs” section, click “Activate a Program”. 4. Enter the LiTRO annual program number you received upon purchase. Please make sure that the number is entered correctly to avoid errors. Click "Activate" button. 5. Your program will be activated after 24 hours and will appear in the “My Programs” section.

Giving the LiTRO Program is a caring gesture that provides the opportunity to provide your loved ones with reliable technical and legal support on the road. We have prepared a detailed guide on how to do this simply and conveniently in our application:

1. Download the LiTRO app from the App Store or Play Market. 2. Complete an easy registration by filling in the required information. 3. Go to the "My Programs" section and select "Buy a program". 4. Select the appropriate type of program - Roadside Assistance or Auto Lawyer. 5. Click the “Buy as a Gift” button. 6. Enter the phone number of the person to whom you want to give the LiTRO Program, and make sure you enter the number correctly. 7. Make a payment by filling in your payment card details. After a successful transaction, the recipient will receive an SMS with instructions on how to activate the gifted Program.

LiTRO service operates in all major cities of Uzbekistan. Technical assistance teams have been formed in each city. Ordering the service in each city is available through our LiTRO mobile application.

A quick and convenient way to order services is available in our LiTRO mobile application.

1. Order a service under the LiTRO Roadside Assistance or Auto Lawyer program Go to the LiTRO application in the “My Programs” section, select a program and click “Select a service”. Next, select the necessary service, the geolocation of your car and click the “Order” button. 2. Order a one-time service If you do not have the LiTRO program, on the main page of the application, go to the “One-time services” section, select the required service “Road assistance” or “Auto Lawyer”, then select the necessary service, geolocation of the car, payment method, click the “Order” button, make the payment.

Within the administrative boundaries of cities, the time of arrival of a technical assistance vehicle does not exceed 30 minutes. On highways of republican significance, this time is no more than 2 hours.

However, in very remote areas or under special circumstances such as heavy traffic or bad weather, the response time may be longer. The technician will definitely contact you and specify the estimated time of arrival at the breakdown site.

Yes, we provide services outside the administrative boundaries of cities. Departure of a roadside assistance vehicle or tow truck is calculated based on the cost of 10,000 sums per 1 km.

To renew the program, you need to go to the "Store" section of the LiTRO application and select the program that suits you and make a purchase. After a successful payment, your selected program will be activated.

Please carefully check that the phone number you entered is correct. If an error is found, change the number and request that the code be resent.

If the phone number is entered correctly, but the SMS with the code has not been received, try restarting your mobile phone. Please wait a few minutes and try again.

Another possible reason could be that your phone doesn't have enough free memory to receive new messages. Try to clear SMS history on your device.
